Concept

This is the initial stage where we meet with our clients and have them bring their dreams and specifications to the table. At this stage, clients will be provided with a collaborative, consultative and personalised experience as we believe it is essential to put as much effort into building rapport, confidence and trust with our clients as we do in building their homes.

Design

This is where all concepts are converted to plans. This stage involves our expert design team constantly fine-tuning, revising and providing further enhancements to all plans while seamlessly taking care of administrative details such as planning approvals, soil testing and site restrictions – all while working towards achieving complete customer satisfaction.

Development

This is the most exciting stage where the build begins. Led by a qualified builder and project manager, Design N Build’s core team of building professionals and specialist contractors commence working productively to achieve and exceed clients’ expectations. We pride ourselves on consistently attaining high-quality results, on time, within budget and in excess of clients’ aspirations.
